The residency program includes a variety of diverse rotations as well as a didactic lecture curriculum. Below is an overview of the clinical rotations organized by post-graduate year.

PGY1

  • General Orthopaedics at Moses Campus (1 month)
  • Trauma Surgery (1 month)
  • Plastic Surgery (1 month)
  • Surgical Intensive Care (1 month)

  • Arthroscopy (1 month)
  • Adult Emergency Medicine (1 month)
  • Skills Lab (1 month)

PGY2

  • Orthopaedic Trauma at Jacobi Medical Center (2 months)
  • Moses / North Central Bronx (4 months)
  • Wakefield Joint Reconstruction (3 months)
  • Jacobi Medical Center Night Float (3 months)

PGY3 and PGY4 (combined 24-month cycle)

  • Moses / Blythedale Pediatrics (4 months)
  • Jacobi / Orthopaedic Trauma (4 months)
  • Sports Medicine / Research (4 months)
  • Moses Musculoskeletal Tumor (2 months)
  • Wakefield Joint Reconstruction (2 months)
  • Weiler Foot and Ankle (2 months)

  • Jacobi Spine / Pediatric Service (2 months)
  • Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery (2 months)
